It is our commitment to prepare every student for college/career and life. We focus on building relationships. Through restorative practices, we take a different approach into working with students and their families. Our approach is all about building community and strengthening relationships. Our belief is based on the idea that when we feel part of a supportive community, we respect others in that community and become accountable to it. We offer small class sizes that offers more one-on-one time with teachers.

Career Success Schools offers four schools to choose from. We are devoted to excellence in teaching, learning, and community involvement. We develop leaders in many disciplines who graduate and go on to make a positive difference in the world.
Personal Focus – our students receive one-on-one attention with small class sizes and caring teachers
Signature Programs – our signature programs encourage learning through engagement and career exploration
Individualized Graduation Plans – our students get to their goal of graduation using individualized plans including fast-track, self-paced, and credit acceleration

Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.02, the Career Success Schools Governing Board hereby states that all notices of its meetings and any of its committees and subcommittees will be posted on the front door and/or in the main office at all of our school sites at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. The complete electronic agenda will also be available on our website. Such notices will indicate the date, time, and place of the meeting and will include an agenda for the meeting.

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 15-189.05, each school shall prominently post average teacher salary information on its homepage separately from its budget. Schools must post the average salary of all teachers they employed for the budget and prior years and the increase in the average salary of all teachers the school employed for the budget year reported in dollars and percentage, as shown on the budget forms’ cover page. As the statute does not provide a definition of a teacher, each school should be consistent in the type of salary information reported from year to year.

Pursuant to A.R.S. §15-249.16(B), the Arizona Department of Education (Department) to establish and post a statutory handbook of parental rights. Additionally, each school district and charter school must prominently post a link to the statutory handbook of parental rights on a publicly accessible portion of their website.
