Behind in Credits? Need your diploma? At Career Success Schools, you can transfer to our Credit Recovery Program and then return to your home school or graduate with us! We provide a 100% self-paced learning environment, flexible scheduling, and the ability to work on your classes anytime from anywhere. No in person attendance required.

We are true to our mission, which is to offer innovative pathways leading to our student’s success. We create individualized graduation plans and we meet our students where they are. It is our commitment to prepare every student for college/career and life. We focus on building relationships. Through restorative practices, we take a different approach to working with students and their families. Our approach is all about building community and strengthening relationships. Our belief is based on the idea that when we feel part of a supportive community, we respect others in that community and become accountable to it. We offer small class sizes that offers more one-on-one time with teachers.

Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.02, the Career Success Schools Governing Board hereby states that all notices of its meetings and any of its committees and subcommittees will be posted on the front door and/or in the main office at all of our school sites at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. The complete electronic agenda will also be available on our website. Such notices will indicate the date, time, and place of the meeting and will include an agenda for the meeting.

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 15-189.05, each school shall prominently post average teacher salary information on its homepage separately from its budget. Schools must post the average salary of all teachers they employed for the budget and prior years and the increase in the average salary of all teachers the school employed for the budget year reported in dollars and percentage, as shown on the budget forms’ cover page. As the statute does not provide a definition of a teacher, each school should be consistent in the type of salary information reported from year to year.
