Through restorative practices, we take a different approach to working with students and their families. Our approach is all about building community and strengthening relationships. Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.02, the Career Success Schools Governing Board hereby states that all notices of its meetings and any of its committees and subcommittees will be posted on the front door and/or in the main office at all of our school sites at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.  The complete electronic agenda will also be available on our website. Such notices will indicate the date, time, and place of the meeting and will include an agenda for the meeting.

Average Teacher Salary (A.R.S. §15-189.05), as added by Laws 2018, Ch. 285, §3

Average salary of all teachers employed in budget year 2026:  $55,021
Average salary of all teachers employed in budget year 2025:  $57,812
Increase in average teacher salary from the prior year 2025:  -$2,791
Percentage increase in average teacher salary from the prior year 2025:  -4.8%
Average salary of all teachers employed in budget year 2018: $39,785
Increase in average teacher salary since 2018: $15,236
Percentage increase in average teacher salary since 2018: 38.30%


Pursuant to A.R.S. § 15-189.05, each school shall prominently post average teacher salary information on its homepage separately from its budget. Schools must post the average salary of all teachers they employed for the budget and prior years and the increase in the average salary of all teachers the school employed for the budget year reported in dollars and percentage, as shown on the budget forms’ cover page. As the statute does not provide a definition of a teacher, each school should be consistent in the type of salary information reported from year to year.
